The Milk Money release party will in fact be at Feralmade gallery this Friday, May 2, from 7 till 12. They’re asking a 2-dollar donation at the door but that gets you a cup for free beer and wine. I’m reading an excpert from "Oliver Prose and his Giant Head" at around 7:30. And from the looks of the line-up so far, I’m proud to say that I’m the only female author reading her work! Girl power! Anyway, be there or be square!

Go pick up your copy of Milk Money Volume Two: Percent!! It’s at Urban Outfitters in Clifton, Shake-It in Northside, and InkTank in Over the Rhine. Looks really good!! And damn, who wrote that Oliver Prose story?? That is some good stuff!!

So. Pete and I just signed the lease on what will soon be THE new hotspot for creatives in Over the Rhine. We’re planning on hosting art openings, live bands, karaoke nights, and checker tournaments (see pics below and you’ll understand why this is imperative).

And did I mention the kitchen floor lights up like a 1970s discotheque? No? Well, the kitchen floor lights up like a 1970s discotheque. Now this is what I call home, sweet home.

Holla! I just got official word that my Oliver Prose short fiction trilogy is getting published in Milk Money, a really awesome local Cincinnati lit mag. Part One, "Oliver Prose and his Giant Head," will be featured in this newest issue, Volume Two: Percent, due out some time next week. And my three parts are being serialized, so the next two will be saved for the third and fourth Milk Money issues. Aaaand, there’s gonna be a release party (probably at Feralmade; details coming soon), and I’m gonna read at it! Holla back!

WOXY videos are pretty much all done and up on Vimeo. Ugh. It’s been taking forever, but at least now we’ve got a pretty hefty portfolio to vouch for the legitimacy and awesomeness of PROJECTMILL as it goes public…
